ATRASK SPORTĄ ACADEMY is a professional training platform for coaches. We create trainings where theory meets practice, and the knowledge gained can be used in real work with children, young people and adults.

Our goal is more than showing new exercises or skills. We want to help coaches better understand movement, methodology, progressions, safety and the teaching process itself.
